Cuban cooking done by a real Cuban! (LOL). I learned these recipes on my own. I had to! Early in life I moved to Vermont and realized how much I missed Cuban food. Cuba was the last colony to free itself from Spain, so a lot of the cuisine is Spanish. However, Cuba is in the Carribean, and as such has a lot of vegetables, and roots that are indigenous to the tropics. There's a lot of wine, virgin olive oil and garlic in our food - all healthy and delicious stuff.
